Resident reports: A shrub is blocking the view at Vineyard St and Nation Ave in…
A big shrub is making the corner of Vineyard Street and Nation Avenue hard to see around, one Durham resident says.
They’re asking the city to check whether it’s a traffic hazard, since cars turning left onto Vineyard from Nation can’t get a clean look at what’s coming.
“Traffic Visibility Concern” the resident wrote.
