Resident says a city tree branch is hanging on power lines at 2906 Arnold Rd
A branch is hanging on the high power line by 2906 Arnold Rd in Durham, and one resident says it looks like it came from a city tree.
They say, “I do not feel comfortable removing the branch” and want the tree checked and the branches trimmed above the power lines so nothing gets damaged later. The request is submitted.
