A big HVAC upgrade is planned at 4000 Kresge Way
Big HVAC work is in the works at 4000 Kresge Way in Louisville.
BHKY is planning to convert the air handlers from constant volume to variable volume, swap in new controls, and bring the zone gear over to modern direct digital controls. They’re also replacing those old steam humidifiers and changing out the chilled water valves.
It’s still just submitted for now, so this one’s not over the finish line yet.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
