Big cooling and heating upgrades are in the works at 4000 Kresge Way in Louisville.
The plan calls for converting the chilled water systems in the Main CEP, 4002 CEP, and 2A CEP to variable primary variable secondary systems, plus changing the tower water systems to variable flow. A new heat pump chiller heater is set for the Main CEP basement mechanical room.
