5012 E MANSLICK RD Wesley Manor HCC Renovation submitted
Wesley Manor HCC is getting a refresh at 5012 E Manslick Rd that reconfigures the nurse’s station, memory care lounge, and other common lounges with selective demolition, new construction, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Exterior work will repave the main entry drive and expand the rear parking area (landscaping to be handled separately), and the project is currently in health review.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
