4010 WOODED WAY: Zoning enforcement for home-based used appliances operation
Owner Luvia Rodriguez Gonzalez is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a complaint that a used-appliances business is operating out of the garage and backyard at 4010 Wooded Way. Neighbors say the yard is packed with appliances — and even a boat — so city staff have the case open to determine whether a business is being run in a residential zone.
