1400 Oldham St Zoning Enforcement opened for fence and trailer occupancy
Rivas Jesus J, the listed owner, has an open zoning enforcement case after a car lot at 1400 Oldham St placed chain‑link fencing directly in the middle of Oldham Street and reportedly has an occupant living in a camping trailer in the rear of the property. Zoning notes that temporary trailer occupancy can be allowed during initial construction, but because the fencing appears to obstruct the street and the trailer remains on site, the city has the case open to determine whether those conditions are still permissible.
