Two men told neighbors they were moving into 1833 Burwell Ave and it "wasn't a halfway house anymore," but the caller says people are coming and going at night and more folks seem to be living there than before.
One neighbor believes it's still being used as a boarding house and is worried about possible illicit activity, mind you.
