1809 Vorster Ave: Zoning case for misrepresentation as car wash
Euro Tech Inc. at 1809 Vorster Ave is facing a zoning complaint after neighbors say the site is posing as a car wash while actually doing car repairs, changing tires, parking broken-down cars, and remodeling motorhomes that people appear to be living in. Residents within a three-block radius report tires and other debris ending up on nearby lots and say the situation has led to city fines and confusion over bulk-item pickup. Zoning enforcement has the case open and is looking into the complaints.
