Owner Luvia Rodriguez Gonzalez is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case at 4010 Wooded Way after a citizen reported that a Lowe’s truck has been dropping off washers and other appliances at the property nearly every day. The complaint says the backyard is full of appliances, so zoning staff opened the case to determine whether the outdoor storage violates local rules.
