1601 DIXIE HWY opened zoning enforcement for inoperable, parked vehicles

Owner Rhodes Edward Leon has an open zoning enforcement case over multiple inoperable vehicles at 1601 Dixie Hwy. Neighbors say cars are blocking the sidewalk and that excess vehicles are parked all over the neighborhood — even encroaching on the Thorntons next door — so zoning enforcement is stepping in to get the situation cleared up.
