Shively City Hall received a zoning complaint about a sign at 3411 Dixie Hwy that’s reportedly blocking drivers’ sight lines when they exit onto Chester Road. Owner Tarrence Donald G is listed on the case, and staff noted sign enforcement is handled by Metro, so the concern was forwarded and the zoning enforcement case remains open while it’s investigated.
