An overgrown backyard with rats is reported at 1728 Luken Dr
The backyard at 1728 Luken Dr had one neighbor worried, with overgrowth they say hasn’t been cut in at least a year.
That neighbor says there were downed tree branches, plus possums and rats living in it, and tarps up out front to hide the mess.
They also said the front gets mowed now and then, but the back never does. The city closed out the complaint on October 12.
