1375 S 1ST ST: Zoning enforcement case opened for removal of two trees

Owner Kusyo Oksana is requesting permission to remove two front-yard trees at 1375 S 1st Street, saying one on each side of the driveway is damaging the adjacent sidewalks and may be affecting underground pipes. The request is logged as an open zoning enforcement concern and, per Urban Forestry, has been rerouted to Planning and Design Historical Preservation for further review.
