1422 S 3RD ST zoning case opened for alleged car repairs and business
Early Investments LLC is listed as the owner in an open zoning enforcement case alleging ongoing auto repairs at the carriage house behind 1416 S 3rd St., with the concern filed for the parcel at 1422 S 3rd St. Neighbors say several abandoned cars sit at 1420 S 3rd St., folks are swapping engines and doing repairs — often late at night — and they suspect a business is being run from the property, so zoning is investigating.
