3427 Larkwood Ave zoning enforcement case opened for boarding house

Owner Payton James F is the subject of an open zoning enforcement complaint at 3427 Larkwood Ave after a neighbor reported he’s operating a boarding house there again. The report says rooms are being rented out, cars are parked in the back and on the wrong side of the street, and garbage cans are left out constantly — and the note adds this has been reported before, so city staff are already looking into it.
