Somebody called the city about 115 S 37TH ST in Louisville, saying a fence went up in the rear without enough setback.
They also say a downspout on that same side is draining onto the neighboring property and causing some erosion and sinking. That’s one account, but it’s got all the usual backyard-drama ingredients.
