Owner Eric Sinnott is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a neighbor reported at least 20 signs in the yard at 3630 Stanton Blvd. The complaint says the signs read like hate speech, are propped up with cinder blocks that could blow into traffic, and may encroach on a public easement — neighbors are worried about safety, traffic slowdowns and falling property values.
