Neighbors say a noisy auto repair shop is running at 4203 Berkshire Ave
One neighbor says there's an auto repair operation running out of the garage at 4203 Berkshire Ave, and it's been going day and night.
They say the noise is worst at night, and they also raised concerns about possible gun-related activity there. That's one account, and they were told to call LMPD about that part.
