3331 ALLISON WAY: Zoning Enforcement Open for home-based used car business

Owner Adhikari Tika is reportedly operating a used-car business out of the house at 3331 Allison Way, and neighbors say the overflow of vehicles is blocking the sidewalk and sight lines where Allison Way meets Furman Boulevard. A nearby resident at 3310 Furman Boulevard, who has a seven-year-old, asked the city to either stop the business at the private residence or have the cars moved so kids on bikes and scooters can see and pass safely.
