WP & AM LLC's rental at 3427 Allison Way is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after reports that four unrelated individuals live there and occupants are operating Rubelski Remodeling out of the house. Complaints also note as many as three business vans parked on the property overnight, and the city has the case open with follow-up inspections pending.
