Lost Landmark LLC has an open zoning enforcement case after a front-of-lot wall and a new CMU wall were built at 426 W Market St, apparently separating The Gruv Lounge from the neighboring vacant lot. A sign on site says the space is slated to become a parking lot, and city records show inspectors are still reviewing whether the work meets zoning rules.
