820 W Broadway applied for an Overlay Permit for a 50 kW solar array

Louisville Gas & Electric Co. is proposing a small solar installation at 820 W Broadway under an overlay permit. The application, filed by Patrick Little with local contact Sarah Vanlieu, would add a 50 kW array on the NE corner of the roof and a smaller array over the rear-entrance canopy—both tucked out of street view—with a project cost of $211,727. The overlay review is currently marked as waiting on revisions, so it’s still under review.
