1401 Mount Holly Rd Zoning Enforcement: Lights shine on 1311 Mount Holly Rd
Owner Jennifer Lynn Avis faces an open zoning enforcement case over two bright exterior lights at 1401 Mount Holly Rd that are reportedly shining onto the neighbor at 1311 Mount Holly Rd. One light is under the rear overhang by the backdoor of the main white-sided house and the other sits on the middle pole of an awning at the ADU — both are said to stay on all night — and the neighbor, Mike Sutton (502-314-1206), is listed to arrange a light‑meter reading at the property line to determine if there’s a violation.
