10818 KAY DR Zoning: inspection requested for fence over 7 ft

Owner Janet Glass has asked the city to inspect a fence currently being built that she says is taller than 7 feet at 10818 Kay Dr. The fence runs along the left side of the property in both the front and back yards and extends toward the house across the driveway in the front. She’s also asking whether a permit is required and requested an inspection ASAP before the fence is finished.
