Somebody finally called the city about 1302 R Outer Loop, a vacant lot that’s been flagged for weeds, trash, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles.
There’s also a question about a nonpermitted commercial use there, plus a junkyard or scrap-metal setup that would need special approval. The city says part of the problem is still only partly cleaned up.
