4509 Oak Pointe Dr opened for a code violation: dangerous wasp nest over street
A property maintenance case is open for 4509 Oak Pointe Dr after neighbors reported an enormous wasp nest—about the size of a 40 lb bag of potatoes—hanging from a branch over the street and posing a danger to kids walking nearby. Owner Don C. Burnett, who no longer lives at the house and is reported to be seriously ill, is listed on the record, and the tree sits right on the street line so city crews may need to remove the overhanging branch and nest to keep the sidewalk safe.
