2315 Glenmary Ave 1D opened property maintenance case for ceiling leak

A property maintenance case has been opened for 2315 Glenmary Ave Unit 1D after a tenant reported a ceiling pipe leaking since July 11, 2026 that they say they’ve reported multiple times to the landlord, Courtyard Willow 30 LLC, with no response. A portion of the ceiling has caved in and there’s possible black mold in the unit; the caller says they can be contacted to let an inspector in, so an inspection may be scheduled soon.
