Owner Ramsey Dartagnan has an open property maintenance case after neighbors asked the city to cut the weeds and grass surrounding the construction fence at 14517 Estate Ridge Blvd. The complaint says children are getting ticks just by walking by and the overgrowth is even causing drivers to swerve, so officials have been asked to address the safety and pest concerns.
