1519 Aletha Dr code violation for exposed wiring and extension cords

Shannon L. Ramirez has an open property-maintenance case at 1519 Aletha Dr after a neighbor reported exposed wiring in the living room that runs up the wall and across the ceiling to a makeshift light fixture. The complaint also notes extension cords along the outside of the garage lighting the carport and yard, names tenant Anna Martinez, and says the caller fears sparks could start a fire — city staff have the case open to investigate.
