A tenant in Apartment 23 at 9822 Vieux Carre Dr 20 has filed an open property maintenance case against Hurstbourne Multifamily Partners LLC after two weeks of an abnormal noise coming from their combined air conditioning/heating unit. They say the racket is unbearable for their newborn, management has insisted the noise is “normal” even though neighbors’ units are quiet, and the case remains open while a solution is sought.
