Sewer water is backing up at 9946 Vieux Carre Dr 10 in Louisville
Sewer water filled an apartment at 9946 Vieux Carre Dr 10 in Louisville, and the resident says it happened overnight and then again after maintenance came by.
That same neighbor says the place has had ongoing trouble, with water under the floorboards, flooding from the laundry area, and even rodent droppings turning up in the kitchen.
They also say the apartment complex was slow to answer calls and texts, and that nobody told them whether the tub and toilet were actually fixed.
