Somebody finally called the city about the junk at 10103 Foxboro Dr in Louisville.
One caller says residents have had paint cans, scrap wood, and other random items stacked on a tarp by the side of the road for nearly six months. That’s one account, but it’s a messy little roadside scene either way.
