The city has been out to 537 S 3RD ST about peeling paint, rough floors and walls, bad windows, and a few other inside-the-house problems.
There’s also concern about the water heater, some electrical and egress issues, and a messy interior that needs cleaning up. It’s still on hold for now, so somebody’s got work to do before this one can be put to bed.
