1141 INDUSTRIAL BLVD electrical permit issued for panel upgrade and meter work

Laswell Electric Co (licensed pro Steve Laswell) has pulled a commercial electrical permit to upgrade the electrical service at 1141 Industrial Blvd for owner CAD Real Estate Holdings LLC. They’ll replace the panel and breakers with a new 30‑circuit, 100‑amp setup for future expansion, add grounding and a GFCI outlet under the panel, mount a box on 11‑inch EMT, remove an old welder plug, label the panel, and install a self‑reading meter — the rewire is estimated at $1,000 and the permit has been issued.
