Beard Electric Company has an issued electrical permit to perform a service upgrade and replace panels for Building H at 202 Flirtation Walk on behalf of owner Desiree Construction Co Inc. The commercial rewire is estimated at $78,000 and calls for a 2,000-amp service with 27 subpanels and 27 meters — basically a major electrical overhaul to handle some serious power needs.
