A 2,500-square-foot mezzanine is in the works at 2000 Fern Valley Rd, inside an existing warehouse and manufacturing building.
It’s set to carve out office space with 20 workstations and two conference rooms, plus the sprinkler system gets reworked to cover the new level above and below. No bigger building footprint, just a little more room for desk life in a place that already runs on bigger machines.
