4609 POPLAR LEVEL RD building permit applied for commercial alteration
Whitecap is making interior changes at 4609 Poplar Level Rd, a commercial alteration in a 3,500-square-foot, single-story space owned by Trajan LLC. Managed by architect Shawn Collett, the project adds two walls in the sales area, relocates the sales counter and freshens things with paint; the space is sprinklered and the work is estimated at $200,000 with an occupant load of about 25.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
