2000 Fern Valley Rd Building Permit: Ford LAP Dock Addition and Weld Tear Down

Ford Motor Co World Headquarters is moving forward with a building permit for 2000 Fern Valley Rd to expand and renovate part of its sprinklered warehouse. The project includes a 16,000-square-foot addition serving nine docks, a 2,800-square-foot alteration of existing docking areas, and a separate 1,100-square-foot weld tear-down renovation with demolition, foundation, structural steel, sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, new rooftop HVAC and exhaust, tankless water heaters, safety ladders/railings, and updated fire and egress systems, with the work estimated at $7,500,000.
