4300 Camp Ground Rd Construction Permit Rohm and Haas Louisville Plant
Rohm and Haas Chemicals LLC has filed for an industrial construction permit to install a DOT Railcar Pressurization System at their Louisville plant, 4300 Camp Ground Rd. The application was received 04/22/2026 and the permit runs through 04/28/2026; this is for a Title V facility that handles boilers, chemical manufacturing, generators, particulate equipment and storage tanks, so it looks like part of ongoing plant upgrades rather than a small one-off project.
