4900 Crittenden Drive environmental permit Clariant South Plant S42 to Mixer S01
Clariant Corporation is planning a tweak at its South Plant — adding a new source called S42 and modifying Mixer S01 — at 4900 Crittenden Drive. An industrial construction permit for the Title V facility was submitted in March 2026 and lists a March 19, 2026 permit expiration/decision date, so regulators are currently reviewing this change tied to the plant’s chemical manufacturing, boilers, storage tanks and particulate-handling operations.
