A racetrack at 1225 Gardiner Ln is getting a kitchen-style upgrade in the works.
The plan calls for an owner-supplied Type I hood, fan, make-up air, and duct work wrapped in two layers of fire wrap. That job is tagged at about $15,000, and it’s still waiting its turn.
