A new fire alarm system is going in at Louisville Metro Corrections on S 6TH ST
Big fire alarm work is in the works at Louisville Metro Corrections on the 400 block of S 6th St.
They’re planning a full swap of the main alarm panel, dozens of detectors and pull stations, plus new annunciators and power gear, somewhere around $1.1 million.
No opening date or start date yet, but that jail is getting a serious safety overhaul.
