A 10-story, 212-unit building is in the works at 700 E Main St 101 in NuLu. NuLu Central Station LLC is behind the plan, and this one’s a big one, somewhere around $30 million and 323,000 square feet.
It’s set up for 230 bedrooms, 119.4 feet tall, and even comes with sprinklers. Not signed off yet, so this one is still in the works.
