5419 Shearling Dr submitted for fire detection at Shepherd Springs Apartments

Fire Protection Services is installing a fire detection system at Shepherd Springs Apartments Building #13, 5419 Shearling Dr., on behalf of owner Shepherd Springs Apartments LLC. The new 19,500-square-foot apartment building will be fully sprinkled with notification devices throughout—Central Station‑supervised with horns, visual alerts, smoke detectors, tamper switches and water-flow monitoring—and the project is estimated at $16,500.
