5419 Shearling Dr submitted for fire detection system at Shepherd Springs Apts

Fire Protection Services is installing a fire detection system for Shepherd Springs Apartments LLC’s new building at 5419 Shearling Dr; the complex is fully sprinkled and set up with notification throughout. Designed to NFPA 72 standards with central-station supervision, the 19,500-square-foot building will use smoke detectors, manual pulls, tamper switches and water-flow detectors with horn and visual notification—project value estimated at $16,500.
