5419 SHEARLING DR submitted for fire detection at Shepherd Springs Bldg 11

Fire Protection Services Inc. filed to install a fire detection system for Shepherd Springs Apartments LLC at 5419 Shearling Dr (Shepherd Springs Apartments Bldg #11), part of a new, fully sprinkled apartment complex. The 29,000‑sq ft building will get a six‑zone setup with smoke detectors, manual pulls, tamper and water‑flow devices, horn and visual alerts, central‑station monitoring, and the project is estimated at $25,000.
