Mastec Communication Group (licensed professional Rebecca Quan) has submitted a cell tower permit to remove and replace antennas and radios on the existing tower at 1003 Clark Station Rd. The site — owned by LDG Land Holdings LLC — is listed at about 220 feet with a project value estimated at $25,000, so it looks like an equipment refresh rather than construction of a new tower.
