Jefferson County Public Schools (owner: Board of Education) is planning asbestos abatement at 2210 Upper Hunters Trce — Kerrick Elementary — to remove floor tile and the associated adhesive mastic from Classroom 130. RH Environmental will handle roughly 800 sq ft using wet, non‑friable methods from June 3 to July 31, 2026, with ACM double‑bagged, HEPA vacuumed and wet‑mopped for disposal at WM – Outer Loop Landfill.
