258 EILER AVE Environmental Permit for asbestos abatement for demolition

Red Ball Recycling has filed for an asbestos abatement permit to strip mastic from already-removed floors at 258 Eiler Ave so the demo contractor can proceed with a planned demolition. Cardinal Industrial Insulation Company Inc. will perform wet-method removal of about 2,100 sq ft of Category I/II mastic in the office/front of the one-story, 4,250-sq-ft building (owned by Hanna Investment Holdings LLC), with work scheduled April 16–June 16, 2026 and waste hauled by Gotta Go to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
